Description
Until JOSM 6572 it was relativily very fast to validate this monster file http://people.debian.org/~naoliv/misc/osm/monster.osm.bz2 (it's 205M after decompressing)
With the latest version it takes a very long time, with 8 CPUs at 100%, at the "crossing ways" test.
Probably some regression from 6580?
