switch positions of "milestone" and "component" fields in bugtracker

Description

Normal users fill only Type and Component fields, is it possible to keep them together? Now one is in the left column, and second in the right column, on the second position (at least in my case, I may attach screenshot if it would be useful)

It is not I have no control on the layout you have to file a bug to Trac.

this situation, where adding milestone field useless for normal users made layout dysfunctional appears to be tracked as ​http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/2464

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain stoecker.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
