This kind of "data" is result of confusing interface in iD editor (I know because I added or at least attempted to add thing like this).
osmwww:browse/way/126376304 was affected till manual detection and fix
suggested list of highway types included in this check: highway, motorway, motorway_link trunk, trunk_link, primary, primary_link, secondary, secondary_link, tertiary, tertiary_link, residential, living_street, unclassified, service
