foot=designated also is certainly (I think) bogus
osmwww:browse/way/126376304 was affected till manual detection and fix
suggested list of highway types included in this check: highway, motorway, motorway_link trunk, trunk_link, primary, primary_link, secondary, secondary_link, tertiary, tertiary_link
