Use of "Open Location" works for XAPI:
http://open.mapquestapi.com/xapi/api/0.6/node[radar=NEXRAD]
But not for overpass:
http://www.overpass-api.de/api/xapi?node[radar=NEXRAD]
http://www.overpass-api.de/api/xapi?*[radar=NEXRAD]
