     6JOSM core copies id1,id2,id3 (sorry for mistake, not null) to text buffer when copying primitives, current code detects it and invoke old tag pasting. If other text is in buffer, it will be inserted by the parser.

     8Combinations of tags for arbitrary text in buffer may be 1) huge  2) absolutely meaningless. Do we need some warnings? How to detect this "bad" combinations? (number of tags, length of tags, length of values?)
