WMS settings layer box too small — at Initial Version

Description
When one queries a WMS service URL and gets a lot of layers as response, the settings window in JOSM does not show all layers and also does not allow scrolling.
I have attached a screenshot to compare JOSM's WMS layer list to the one from QGIS.
