Save changes is not working (it just endlessly shows "uploading changes") — at Initial Version

Description
When I try to upload changes the "save changes" dialog box just endlessly shows
that it is "uploading changes" endlessly without accually saving to the changeset
I think one or more of your computers are down (currently unable to save changes to the map)
