Closed as duplicate of #7465.
You can always save your work to a file and upload later on.

This is a problem in validator. Try to skip validation before upload through the validator preference settings.

Note: Do not forget to change it back after upload, as running validator before upload is a useful feature in general.

    22Seems to me that JOSM complained that a node is missing from a way. After that a few more items show up in conflict window which I cleared up by merging with server data and whatnot. After every conflict was solved, I click upload and JOSM pops up with error message. Seems to me another person is also editing overlapping area.  2 hours work cleaning up errors and realigning ways.. oh my god.
