ID# shown twice in pre-upload Validation window

This is happening when you've added/deleted at least one node or the tags in a way that has an abbreviated street name in the database.

Steps to reproduce:

1. F12 to go into settings
2. Display Settings > Look and Feel > "Show object ID in selection lists" (active it if it isn't already)
3. Download any way that still has an abbreviated street name (example, use way 19315788)
4. Once you have downloaded the way, activate the drawing mode (A).
5. Now, click anywhere in the way (where there are no nodes) and add just one.
6. Now do the following: File > Upload Data
7. The "Suspicious data found. Upload anyway?" window now shows up.

What happens:
The way you just added the one node to shows up in the window showing it's ID twice.

What should happen:
The way you just added the one node to shows up in the window showing it's ID only once.
