    4 Have a look at the head lines. You'll see two grey arrows, on up and one down, and a number inbetween. Every user has one vote per page and can vote for or against by clicking on the appropriate arrow. You can always change your vote later. After your vote the number should change by one up/down and one of the arrows turns its colour as indicating your vote.
