    1111- Add menu like "Data" for plugin reverting, exporting, importing, working with signatures, cadastre etc.
    1212- Add Plugins submenu to Help where show plugin icons and launch their help on click (to learn what you installed). Maybe add context menu "Uninstall", "Configure", if it is possible.

     14P.S. Oh, sorry - I did not notice 5002 and updated plugin jars. I was  trying to fix compilation on jdk7 and remove annoying exception stacktraces when all is ok.
