    initial v1  
    1010- Add "more tools" analog in core, prefill it with some tools actions - for modificators of tags/geometry.
    1111- Add menu like "Data" for plugin reverting, exporting, importing, working with signatures, cadastre etc.
    12 
     12- Add Plugins submenu to Help where show plugin icons and launch their help on click (to learn what you installed). Maybe add context menu "Uninstall", "Configure", if it is possible.
