    1515- Nested menus are usable only for rare actions. Users and plugin developers can become unhappy (
    1616- Some plugins are basic tools for certain mappers (cadastres, videomapping, ...)
    17 - There are plugins with ~10 menu items to put then in single menu
     17- If flat menu - there are plugins with ~10 menu items to put then in single menu.
    1818- We have no menu preferences to allow users change it.
