    initial v1  
    11started the WebStart Version of JOSM and changed some settings, mainly in the maps-settings Tab (in German: Karten Einstellungen). I don't know which setting caused this error, perhaps its in another tab. The Error popped up after clicking on "OK" in the settings dialog.
