Multipolygon is not displayed correctly — at Version 1

Steps to reproduce:
- Download multipolygon partially - for example, download object 138719606 with referrers.
(dowloading by BBOX works the sdame way).
- Wood multipolygon is colored incorrectly, because it is not full. This is OK.
- Download other ways of this multipolygon (context menu or map fragment download) - coloring is not updated, only the first way neighborhood is green.
(when you save layer to .osm and load it again, multipolygon is displayed correctly)
It seems, this bug is related to MultipolygonCache.
