    11Here is updated patch. It is almost the same copy-paste - style. I do not know is it suitalbe...

    3 I moved "button_hidden" preference management to IconToggleButton (unlike ToggleDialog). I am not sure how to unify button visibilty mamagement - maybe, concentrate it in IconToggleButton? I also do not understand menu system clear enough to append new menu for  MapModes :)
