    1414- Classes with menus are not easy to unify. ToggleDialog menu (OtherButtonsAction) needs access to ToggleDialog methods. We need additional adapter for IconToggleButton?

    16 I did not notice #59, but it contains lot of ToggleDialog refactoring and idea to split MapFrame and dialogs. Should MapModes go somewhere too?
