Description (last modified by )
Given an intersection, where one of the related ways is twoway, but the lanes are not allocated evenly to both directions, for example lanes=3 + lanes:forward=1 + lanes:backward=2, turnlanes seems to always allocate the odd lane to the forward direction of the way.
For an example, there's this junction node, the same as in the attached screenshot: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/25290828
