[Patch] Provide shortcuts for History and Advanced info dialog — at Version 1

This patch maps (re)maps some shortcuts:
[Ctrl]+[I]to the advanced object info dialog[Ctrl]+[H]to the history dialog[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[I]to advanced object info on osm.org (former[Ctrl]+[I])[Ctrl]+[Shift]+[H]to history information on osm.org (former[Ctrl]+[H])
Furthermore, it removes "Inspect" from the popup menu of the selection toggle dialog.
For me, this patch makes the history toggle dialog superfluous.
