Auto repeat most used tag — at Initial Version

Description
When you are tagging smth then it is/can be usual to auto suggest the same tag again when adding one instead of suggesting the first in the alphabet.
Secondly the tags sorted on most used would also be great as that gives the most used in general always on top (maybe country based as this can be country depending).
