Hi, thanks for your work.

Please, use source:/trunk/images/data/closedway.png for closed ways in the relation editor, like it is used in selection dialog.

I updated all occasions where OsmPrimitiveType.from and ImageProvider are in the same line. Therefore, I might have missed places where the two commands are split over several lines.
