regression: No possibility to add a relation to an existing selection. — at Initial Version

Description
I have select some objects (nodes,ways) and tried to add a relation to the selection by keeping "Ctrl" pressed while clicking on image(source:/trunk/images/dialogs/select.png) Select in the relation dialog. But this results in an new selection with only the selected relations from the relation dialog.
