Bugs should be selectable on map — at Initial Version

Description
If there are lots of bugs in the displayed area, you cannot determine the comment of a single bug. You cannot select a bug to see the description and comments.
The only way to display the comment is to select it in the OpenStreetBugs list. This is not very comfortable with lots of bugs.
Please make the bugs "clickable" in the map to let the user see the description.
