Ext_tool does not change mousecursor sometimes — at Initial Version

Description
I bound Ctrl-K to Ext_tool for scanaerial.
Pressing Ctrl-K changes sometimes the cursor, but not always. But Ext_tools works even with the wrong coursor icon.
