    9 Yes and actually this case seems to be the more interesting one, if way is in view and node is not (in case node has not previously been evaluated).  So I guess applying lazy evaluation for all childs or referers of DescendantSelector.b's primtive is the way to go then.  To put performance into this even for large datasets we could cache the results with a fixed size LRU-Cache..
