apply filter to the list of relations as well — at Version 1

The filter affects only the map view but not the list of relations.
It would be really useful to be able to use the filters for this list as well, especially when working on route relations.

We now have a separate filter field for the relation list. Also, from the selection list one can right click and "Select in relation list". So I don't think you suggestion is still needed, is it?
