Description
Console: Silent shortcut conflict: 'menu:PicLayer' moved by 'menu:Imagery' to 'Alt+B'.
This shortcut is used to add a tag to the selection, so it must be quite popular. When plugin PicLayer is installed, Alt+B opens PicLayer menu instead.
