get object from server - parse links and lists — at Initial Version

Description
It would be nice if JOSM's "get object from server" dialog were able to directly handle a link from the web interface, like /browse/node/123, so one could just hit "copy link address" in the web browser and then paste it into JOSM's dialog, the object type being set automatically.
Also, comma-separated lists of objects, like 123,456,789 would be nice to have (using the multi-fetch API calls).
