"download along" produces incomplete data — at Initial Version

Description

Download way 96913955. Then select "Download along way", radius 50m, area 1sqkm. Way 96913947 is not downloaded. The two ways are directly connected via node 1116442406, and the next node along on 3947 is clearly less than 20m away.
