Wish: save the startoptions for slippymap / routes

hi !

when you have install the slippymap-plugin the layer will show automaticlly every josm-start.

is it possible to save the last dis/enable-status or de/active the plugin by a menü / icon ??

the same situation should be at the route-plugin.
