NMEA-import-window — at Initial Version

Description
When opening a NEMA-file JOSM shows a window with the result. You have to press OK to close this windows. If you open a lot of files at the same time, you have to click over and over. It would be nice if you can turn off the import-result-window in the properties-menu.
