Keyboard shortcuts do not follow keyboard layout — at Version 4

I change regularly my keyboard layout (between azerty and bépo) and I notice the shortcuts stay on the same physical keys… Even when I restart JOSM.
But out of shortcuts, keys had followed the layout.
