Validator throws an exception when uploding lat/lon 0.0. data

When trying to upload OSM data with lat/lon 0.0/0.0 (see ticket:3016 for the .osm) the Validator will throw this error:

In addition when the error occurs I get this when I try to disable the plugin: "The plugin could not be removed. Please tell the people you got JOSM from about the problem.".
