The cause of the problem was not the changes in the edigeo standard. The cause was an additional, non-printing, character after the end-of-file marker in the new version of the .DIC file. I have also updated the plugin to recognise the new features in the standard. The new features will be tagged note=IA because they have been obtained from aerial imagery by AI.
