[patch] Fix License Classes in defaultpreset — at Version 4

I've just came across, that the default values for ​Key:license_classes list consist only two elements in the defaultpreset and too broad. Also the gender is not needed (and mentioned) on ​Tag:amenity=driving_school, so removed.

The current values are copied from ​https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_driving_licence#Categories_valid_in_all_EEA_member_states in order.

Also thinking about adding separate icons to the various list entries to make them visually more appealable :)
