JOSM prompts for plug in update for jna over and over — at Version 1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open JOSM prompted ERROR Plugin apache-http requires a plugin which was not found. The missing plugin is: jna.
  2. Click Download and restart: It downloads and restarts and gives the same prompt:

Plugin apache-http requires a plugin which was not found. The missing plugin is: jna.

  1. Click continue it starts. Prompt to update to 19160 and I did.

Go to Preferences, Plugins, Update plugins it says Plugins up to date.
Click Ok, close JOSM.

  1. Open JOSM get Plugin apache-http requires a plugin which was not found. The missing plugin is: jna again.

Click Download and restart: It downloads and restarts and gives the same prompt:
Plugin apache-http requires a plugin which was not found. The missing plugin is: jna.

What is the expected result?

Update plugin without an error or update loop repeatedly.

What happens instead?

Get ERROR and update prompt over and over

I have had problems when plugin dependencies changed, in the past, as new or updated dependencies were not properly downloaded.
@ghstwtchrintel: Please, try to install the missing plugin jna manually. Does this solve your problem?
