This is not a recurring problem, but I think it's useful to report it.
Log displayed by macOS after JOSM is forced to complete in josm.log
The edit was sent and closed after all https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/132437745
Apparently, the entry was made later. I can also add that JOSM was loading the processor at the time, but the interface (main window and edit loading status window) was completely frozen.
