Don't warn anymore about generic payment methods with value yes

regarding payment:credit_cards, payment:debit_cards=yes:
It is less discouraged on english wiki page nowadays to use the value yes and the usage grows. Warning should be removed.

regarding payment:electronic_purses and payment:cryptocurrencies:
Also not "forbidden" on the wiki page, but other than credit/debit I think these are more specific in aceptance and I think a hint on info level might still be useful.
