regarding payment:credit_cards, payment:debit_cards=yes:
It is less discouraged on english wiki page nowadays to use the value yes and the usage grows. Warning should be removed.
regarding payment:electronic_purses and payment:cryptocurrencies:
Other than credit/debit these are more specific and I think a hint on info level might still be useful.
