We don't have bullseye specific releases. It should be alldist instead.

From wiki:Download#Ubuntu, you should have

# For other Debian based distributions add:
deb [signed-by=/usr/local/share/keyrings/josm-apt.gpg] https://josm.openstreetmap.de/apt alldist universe

in your /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.list.d/josm.list.

Otherwise, try reading through #21855. Your problem might be related.

EDIT: @skyper recently updated the Ubuntu/Debian installation steps for best practices/security. You might want to look at going through all the steps again.

    33I am a josm user and I want to install the josm-latest. I use Emmabuntus de4 based on debian 11 Bullseye. With the previous version but after an upgrade of the system I can't install it. I have this message that appears and I can't find a solution on linux forums.
