    4 3. remove/rename both preferences.xml and the preferences.xml_backup
     43. remove/rename both preferences.xml and the preferences.xml_backup (or edit preferences.xml and remove the line  `<entry value='utilsplugin2'/>`
    554. start JOSM
    665. open plugin preferences
