    33See wiki:Help/Preferences#JOSMpreferencedatacachedirectories for locations (you probably want `%LOCALAPPDATA%\JOSM\cache`). Since the problem is the `cache` directory, just delete the directory (anything in the `cache` directory better be safe for deletion).
