java.util.zip.ZipException: Corrupt GZIP trailer for https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/user/details

This error appeared about 2 weeks ago on my Arch Linux system. I tried with a fresh Unix user account, with another Java version, but always the same error.
On the same computer, I tried with a Manjaro live DVD and with Windows, both work OK.
