Description

During the last hour I was unable to download the "geotools" extension update, thus making it impossible to start the program.

So I decide to uninstall everything and then reinstall JOSM, but from your site I can't download the installer for Windows.

I honestly don't know what's going on, but I'm afraid there are some problems with your servers...

Note: GeoTools is a 19.1 MB download. I don't know how good your internet is, but take the amount of time it takes to download the josm.jar file, and multiply that by 2. If it is "frozen" for longer than that, it may be a problem. But I was able to download it just now, so it might have been a transient problem.
