[PATCH] Update deprecated functions in opendata — at Version 1

The bulk of changes are JUnit4 -> JUnit5.

The driving reason though was replacing the deprecated MapPaintStyles.getNodeIcon method with OsmPrimitiveImageProvider.getResource.
