    1 The zero-width space added to prevent overflow of long URLs, see [[source:josm/trunk/src/org/openstreetmap/josm/gui/layer/NoteLayer.java#L351|NoteLayer.java]]. I think the whole note tooltip implementation needs an overhaul. See also ticket:21593#comment:5.
