    11Spotted the issue: `Java version: 16.0.2+7` + `scaling 1.25×1.25`.

    3 Java 8+ fractional scaling on Windows is weird. See my comment [https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/17858#comment:56 here]. I guess when you run it with jar, you actually run it with Java 8 where everything looks good. The whole issue originates around [https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8055212 JDK-8055212].
