[PATCH] make open dialog use the details view — at Initial Version

Description
This patch adds a property named use.details.view.file.dialog. By default it is set to false so that the open dialog (CTRL+O) uses the default view. If you set this to true in your settings, the open dialog shows the files in the details view by default.
