JOSM GUI becomes tiny after update

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open JOSM on the latest tested version
2. See small GUI

What is the expected result?

The GUI would remain at a legible scale like it did 2 updates ago.

What happens instead?

The GUI scale becomes tiny.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Only happened after updating.
